Ice Universe on X (formerly Twitter) revealed the new lens setup. They list the S24 Ultra's two telephoto lenses as 3x on a 10-megapixel lens and 5x on a 50-megapixel lens. These stats are surpassed by the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which boasts a 50-megapixel sensor for its 3x optical zoom lens.
Samsung will lose the Top Trumps of specifications if the S24 Ultra has these specs. Samsung may be working on post-processing to match the S23 Ultra's 100x digital zoom.
