Sophie Turner has filed a lawsuit against Joe Jonas to return their daughters home to England.
The couple has been living in the United States since the birth of their first child in July 2020.
Turner is reportedly unhappy with the living conditions in the United States and wants to raise her daughters in England.
The couple has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
Turner and Jonas got married in 2019 and welcomed their first child in July 2020.
Turner is best known for her role as Sansa Stark in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones.
Jonas is a member of the popular boy band, the Jonas Brothers.
